Month 1 — Python for AI EngineersWeeks 1–4
- Zero to confident Python — taught through AI projects, never in isolation
- Your first LLM API call in the first 3 hours; Git, GitHub and the pro toolchain
- Prompt engineering, conversation memory, files and JSON
- Pandas + data literacy; how LLMs actually work; first deployment to Hugging Face Spaces
You ship: A CLI chatbot with personality, a study buddy, and a live Data Analyst Bot on a public URL
Month 2 — LLM EngineeringWeeks 5–8
- Multi-model apps across OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and local Ollama models
- Tool calling, structured outputs and production conversation memory (SQLite → Postgres)
- Embeddings, vector databases and RAG — from first pipeline to production patterns
- Multimodal AI (vision, speech), Hugging Face, QLoRA fine-tuning, self-hosted LLM services
You ship: A customer-support agent with tools, a RAG knowledge worker over your own notes, a fine-tuned model
Month 3 — Agentic AI EngineeringWeeks 9–12
- Agent design patterns from Anthropic's Building Effective Agents — from-scratch agent loops
- OpenAI Agents SDK: handoffs, guardrails, parallel agent teams
- CrewAI autonomous crews with memory; LangGraph state machines; your own MCP server
- Phase 1 Grand Hackathon on real problem statements from Softpro corporate clients
You ship: Your Career Digital Twin (a deployed AI version of you), a Deep Research agent, a business automation agent
Phase 2 — Build & Ship
Months 4–6 · studio format: standups, sprints, mentor checkpoints
Month 4 — The Guided Industry BuildWeeks 13–16
- Teams of 3–4 build a real brief from the Industry Brief Bank, run as software sprints
- FastAPI, Postgres, auth, background jobs, cost control, caching
- LLM evals, guardrails, tracing and red-teaming your own app
- Client Demo Day — presented to an actual client or guest panel
You ship: A production-grade team project, deployed with Docker, demoed to a real client
Month 5 — The Individual CapstoneWeeks 17–20
- One flagship solo project — your interview centerpiece, mentor-reviewed at every step
- Production deployment, monitoring, prompt-injection defense
- Build-in-public on LinkedIn with weekly progress posts
- Capstone Demo Day — public event with external judges, professionally recorded

Month 6 — Career ConversionWeeks 21–24
- Portfolio & presence: GitHub cleanup, portfolio site with your Digital Twin embedded
- Interview bootcamp: AI engineering patterns, DSA essentials, mock interviews with real engineers
- Placement sprint: Hireability Score finalization, profile sharing with hiring partners
- Freelancing track: package AI automations into sellable services

I have never written code. Can I really do this?
Yes — the program assumes zero prior coding. Month 1 takes you from your first line of Python to a deployed AI app, and you code with AI assistants from the first hour, the way working engineers do in 2026.
What do I actually leave with?
A GitHub profile with 20+ projects, a deployed personal AI portfolio, a capstone you built solo, a Hireability Score backed by monthly practical exams — and interview preparation with mock interviews by working engineers.
Is there a batch for working professionals?
Yes. The weekend + evening batch runs Sat–Sun with two weekday evenings, in hybrid mode, designed for people currently employed at service companies.
