1. Privacy & Data Protection Undertaking

1. I authorize Softpro to collect, store, and process my personal, academic, and training-related data.
2. Data may be shared with government or industry partners for academic or legal purposes only.
3. Softpro shall not sell or misuse personal data.
4. Attendance, LMS, and performance records may be maintained digitally.
5. I will keep my personal details updated.

2. Fees, Payment & Refund Terms

6. Registration fee is strictly non-refundable.
7. Training / Course fees once paid are non-refundable & non-transferable.
8. Summer Training fees must be paid in full at joining.
9. No cheque payments accepted. Use UPI / Bank Transfer / Cash.
10. Refunds only in exceptional cases with management approval.
11. Approved refunds will deduct:
    • Registration fee
    • GST
    • Penalty of ₹2,000
    • Attended session charges
12. Voluntary discontinuation = No refund.
13. Placement during Apprenticeship / Job programs = No refund.

3. Attendance & Certification

14. 85% attendance mandatory for certificate.
15. 100% attendance required for excellence grade.
16. No refund or relaxation for attendance shortfall.

4. Medical & Safety

17. Softpro holds no medical responsibility.
18. Infectious disease = no class without fitness certificate.
19. All safety guidelines must be followed.

5. Code of Conduct & Liability

20. Maintain discipline and professional behavior.
21. Property damage penalty = twice the actual cost.
22. Personal belongings are trainee’s responsibility.
23. Outstation trainees must provide local address.
24. All Softpro rules must be followed.

6. Company Rights

25. Softpro may modify rules, schedules, or policies anytime.
26. Management decisions are final & binding.
